I need help to find the answer for number 4. I have the answers for numbers 5, 6 and 7, I just need to know how they got the answers. Please help!! I'll be a fan!!!!! 4. Which shows the graph and asymptotes of the function y=3/x-1+2? 5. This graph of a function is a translation of y=2/x. What is an equation for the function? Answer: Y=2/x-3-2 6. Find any points of discontinuity for the rational function. Y=(x-3)(x+2)/(x-1)(x+3) Answer: X=1; x=-3 7. Describe the vertical asymptote(s) and hole(s) for the graph of the function. Y=(x-1)(x+2)/(x+3)(x+2) Answer:Asymptote: x=-3; hole: x=-2

Uhmmm for these, I'm assuming that by Y, yhu mean f(x)?
Yeah thats right
No it's just Y(: I need help to find number 4 and I need help to solve and understand why the answers are what they are on 5,6 and 7.
I'm gonna use f(x) to explain, just because it helps me c: for number 4... I'm not sure how to find the horizontal asymptote, but I can walk yhu through how to find the vertical. c: Gimme a second and I'll try it out.
Okay thank you so much!!!!
