Probably an issue with the server when it pings your client, it might mistake you for being offline but because there is still an open connection between you and the server it keeps you up on the "online" page. As for the smart score, probably just a glitch when the data is extracted. I'm sure the devs will end up fixing this when they start rolling out the fixes they have been planning.
