What is the y-intercept of the point (2,56)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

By y-intercept Im assuming its the value of y. In a coordinate system its set up as (x,y) so it would be 56

OpenStudy (anonymous):

They're right, you probably mean the y-coordinate, not the y-intercept. It would be (0, 56).
