On the night of August 9, 2014 in Ferguson ,Missouri an 18 year old African American male of the name Michael Brown was fatally shot and killed by Darren Wilson ,a 28 year old white Ferguson police officer. Darren Wilson was called around midnight because some African American male in a red hat picked up a box of Swisher cigars and left without paying then ran off .

Riding down the street in his patrol car he saw two African American male (one with a red hat on) were walking in the middle of the street .The facts becomes different here some witnesses say that the officer yelled “GET OFF THE F***ING STREET!)”, while others say the males just ran (in different directions) when they saw the patrol car. Many say that the police man was shooting while he followed Brown and others say Brown turned around and put his hands up and then got fatally shot .We don’t know the truth and may never know. But when the judge said that they wont indite Wilson for 1st degree murder Ferguson went into a blaze trashing,pillaging,fires, stealing,and many others acts of violent and that’s where my argument starts...

From what I have seen I think people are taking their frustration out on what happened in the Travon Martin case and others like it . Sure what happened was wrong ,yes it was tragic, but destroying your town is not the answer. Listen to the NFL player Benjamin Watson when he says “I'M EMBARRASSED because the looting, violent protests, and law breaking that only confirm, and in the minds of many, validate, the stereotypes and thus the inferior treatment.” (@Facebook). There are many other ways to protest , such as when many set candles were Brown died .
Yes there is many young African American boys that are shot almost one after another it's disturbing. My own father doesn’t allow me to have a Nerf gun because he fears that I might also be shot. But two things I have noticed in these cases is ...
1: the police says to the boy to put his hands on his head and he doesn’t,
or
2: that the boy go’s into a skirmish with the police .
For example Travon go's into a hand and hand combat with a white security guard . Or in the Rice case when the police officer say to the boy to get on the floor(and he didn’t),
and because of these two things there are two side that are in ferocious argument both side are partially correct and partially incorrect .Because side #1 thinks it was Brown's fault. While the other side (side #2) is saying there is NO excuse for what happened. lets see what the different sides are thinking...

Side #1 is thinking:
1: The police officer was wrestling with Brown
2: Brown was stealing
3: Brown had his hand in his pocket (so he might of had a gun)


Side #2 is saying ,
1:Wilson killed a boy!
2:The court just let Wilson go!
3:And our kids might be next!!
(now #2 is rioting everywhere and that gives #1 another excuse.)

So both sides are right and wrong. Side #1 should start giving stricter rules. And side #2 needs to toned there anger down a bit and do more peaceful protest. But hey I'm just kid and there’s a whole lot technicality in the law . But what do you think. Do you think side # 1 or #2 is correct ? Do you think peaceful protest will work better than violent protest? Do you think they should give more training to the police ? And should police have more Tasers than guns? Or do you think this will always happen and there is no hope?
