PICTURE INCLUDED. 2p/3 - 12 = -2. HELP?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What i got so far is to add 12 and then that would make the equation 2p/3 = 10. Is that right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

multiply the 3 and divide the 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So..I know the ten would turn into 30, but what would I do for the 2p/3? Like what would that change into?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3/3 = 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so you'd be left with a 2p

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ohh, so I keep the 2p and ignore the 1? Okayyyy. THat makes more sense. so 2p = 30?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2p=30 p=15

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and then I'd divide 2 by both sides? O.o

OpenStudy (anonymous):

mabe @cowboy34 or @I_Always_Smiling or @blahhedup101 @brianangie @freckles

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):
