Just need someone to look this over and see if I did it right. Almost 100% I did it right Simplify: 2(3x+2y)-5(x+4y) =(6x+4y)-(5x+20y) =x-16y

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

You skipped a step as I would have done it like this 2(3x+2y)-5(x+4y) (6x+4y)-(5x+20y) 6x+4y-5x-20y x-16y but you have the right steps and final answer

OpenStudy (unklerhaukus):

you've done it right.
