what are some challenges a photographer would have taking pictures of some one on the beach?Please help!

If the photo is going to be commercial you would need a model release to take pictures of random people on the beach, if not that, then it would be hard because people are moving around, sand is getting on your lenses, and other problems such as lighting and positon are hard to solve
