Do all Fc receptors internalize upon binding a substrate?

Background: I have a cell line that clearly binds all antibodies I use (FACS data), even though it doesn't express the surface antigens (trancriptome data). So I checked whether Fc receptors are expressed, which they are. FcRn and Fcgamma I & II. But the toxin that's connected to my antibodies doesn't kill the cells. I'm trying to figure out whether it internalizes at all. Before doing fluorescence microscopy, I tried finding anything in the literature, but didn't. Does anyone have knowledge here? Would appreciate it =)
