This can also be expressed as (2x - 1 + 3)-(5x-9)
Group your like terms like this: \[(2x - 5x) + (-1 + 3 - 9)\]
Then do you combine the like terms?
Yup!
Ok but then answers look like this (f-g)(x)=2^x-1-5x....
