Take TheSmartOne's old pic and flif it to face the other way. Change the hue of his tie and gloves to green. Insert this kit by it's side. Make the kit's eys a more vivid green. Remove the red background.

Gimp is safe. It has had a few fals positives, but also if you see a lot of true hits on installs it means you already have a root kit and it is infecting files as they are installed.

Paint.net is another one you could try.
