Which is one reason for the success of this state's new industry in the late 1800s? a - Transportation from the mines to the waterways was provided by a railway system. b - The demand for coal was greater due to the failure of electricity to power factories. c - Coal was easy to get, and it was an environmentally friendly, safe source of fuel. d - The lumber industry was failing, so there were plenty of workers available to work the mines.
