Brown V. Board was the court case of 1954 (?) and made segregation LEGAL. It was decided segregation is "inherently unequal" and was in direct violation of the 14th amendment. Now, what answer do you think is correct?

"was in direct violation of the 14th amendment". How could it be in direct violation of the 14th, but also be the purpose? D is not correct.
