Ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If 1 yard = 3 feet and 1 mile = 5,280 feet, how many yards are there in 5 miles? 79,200 yards 26,400 yards 8,800 yards 352 yards

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

All you have to do is put the information they gave you together. If 5,280 feet are in one mile, multiply that by 5 to get 5 miles. 5,280 x 5 = 26,400 feet in 5 miles. Now, you turn that into yards by dividing by 3 because 3 feet are one yard. 26.400 / 3 = 8'800 So there are 8'800 yards in 5 miles.
