well, it says the item is tennis racket and the original price is $79 then it asks for new price which i dont understand then the percent change is 5% and then it says increase or decrease and its increase its a chart with 4 original prices

Hmm. So times $79 by .05 :) Then you will get the increase, so add that to $79 for you r answer, same with everything else! :)
