HELP FAST!!!!!! WILL FAN AND MEDAL!!! :P
@satellite73
What do you need help with?
2. Combine like terms. 9 + 3x- 9x + 16 (Points : 4) 25-6x 18x + 3x + 16 19x 3x + 16
What kind of help?
Firstly, you need to combine SIMILAR terms. An example of similar terms are constant numbers, and another example here is the variable x.
So, try adding the similar terms together and tell me what you get.
-9x and 3x are similar in this case.
the answer is 25-6x
9+16=25 3x-9x=-6x So the answer is A, 25-6x
So is 16 and 9.
Looks like combining terms . . . Ah, um.......... you have to combine like terms in the equation: add the numbers with the constant variable.
Yes and some of those questions are already as simple as they can be
thanks
x-3/2=-5 what is x
then you should get your answer which is: 25-6x. (I think).
There is no equal sign in your equation buddy.
x-3/2 is written like a fraction
plug in the numbers and see.
You are regrouping similar terms, you're not solving for x.
Things like 18x plus 3x plus 16? x is a shared term for 18 and 3 so you can add them to make 21x and then 16 is left over
@GodlyMaths I'm a GIRL.
? @ComicPicLoyalty
@Ednac You're reading the question wrong.
Please do not give direct answers. Please help the asker and lead the asker to the answer.
Right? Or is it \[21x + 16\]
the answers are -4 -7 -16 and - 13
You guys are making so complicated.
It's 21x+16, all you have to do is regroup the similar terms.
