If sin theta > 0 and cos theta > 0, then the terminal point determined by theta is in what quadrant?

OpenStudy (mathmate):

The first quadrant is the only quadrant where both sin and cos are positive. The positive quadrants are given by the rule: S|A --- T|C Meaning all trig functions are positive in the 1st quadrant, Sin is positive in the second, tangent the third, and cosine the fourth.
