That time has long gone, I am not sure if there ever existed a option to change your username. Your best method of recourse is to create a new account.

I highly doubt it, they don't normally allow it by policy. 
You would have to ask the admins.

Yep, you can change your Real name (The one which appears on your profile page) but can't change your username. Even mods can't change it for you.

The reason why you can't change it is because they will have to change your username in all the places you have been tagged and all your questions and questions answered and all, so it would take a long time just to change one person's username.

Not quite that, the username is used as the identifier in the database (so I've heard), so they would need to manually edit it everywhere which is a lot of work, and if something goes wrong the entire account will most likely become corrupted.

No Skull, you can't change your username.  Sorry.  As others have said, the username is used to index everything.  Create a new account and start over...

^ And you can inform everyone from your main account that that is you so that way you'll get more tags (because everyone tags the high SS people) and fans from your original account :P
