Hot water
But I would like to hear other's thoughts
OpenStudy (anonymous):
why?
OpenStudy (ookawaiioo):
Water has more contact with the frozen pipe and can transfer the heat faster.
OpenStudy (anonymous):

Where did this article come from?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Idk where my teacher got it lol...
how will you explain it in terms of their heat capacities?
water has a higher c than air right? so it means that it will take more energy to change the temperature of the pipe than the hot air, so shouldn't the answer be the hot air ? (i'm not sure what i'm talking about, it's just my thinking)
OpenStudy (ookawaiioo):
water has a higher c than air right? Yes.
So thats mean the air is able to transfer the heat better.
So I was wrong!!!! NOOOOOOO!!!!!!
OpenStudy (anonymous):
lol so which one is the right explanation? O.o
OpenStudy (ookawaiioo):
The hot air gun aka hair dryer
