1. ACh is an abbreviation for Acetylcholine. It is a neurotransmitter found in the central nervous system. 2. It mostly helps in stimulating arousal and in psychology it is responsible for attention and motivation. 3. Alzheimer's disease is a major disorder associated with ACh. 4. Nicotine in tobacco acts on ACh and produces an inhibitory effect. This can cause lack of concentration, non-motivation in users.
