Hi Welcome to Openstudy! Let's try analyzing all the choices. For letter A, it promotes a run on sentence IF you will not use comma.. so this is not the answer. For letter B, commas are confusing? no, it actually helps the sentence to flow properly. For letter C, is it true that commas are used to separate ideas? YES! :) For letter D, sometimes it is necessary to put commas before "and"in situations like when you are joining two different independent clauses . So based from the analysis, which one do you think is the answer?
