@AriPotta can you check my answers??

OpenStudy (aripotta):

yup

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks.

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

are you trying to get in simpliest form?

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

if so your answer is correct

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

@ciara9271

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

oh yeah you are ok.

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

so looks correct to me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks. @AriPotta there is 4 more. I'll have them here in about 10 minutes gotta eat.

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

ok bye

OpenStudy (aripotta):

no, your answer is wrong. remember the slope formula? \[\frac{ y _{2}-y _{1} }{ x _{2}-x _{1} }\] choose 2 points, i'm going to pick (20,8) and (10,4) \[\frac{ 8-4 }{ 20-10 }=\ \frac{ 4 }{ 10 }=\ \frac{ 2 }{ 5 }\]

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

oh yeah because its rise over run

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

not run over rise so its 2/5

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

but you had the right concept.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ohh, okay.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah @AriPotta i did it backwards. >.> But i remembered that part yay XD

OpenStudy (aripotta):

at least you're trying. there's a lot of people on here who just want the answers. but you're actually working at it and i think you really want to know how to solve them so you can do them on your own :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yea, pretty much. Because i won't be able to get the answsers handed to me on the state assessments.

OpenStudy (aripotta):

true. and you are improving

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah, i've noticed that somewhat too. Thank you for all the help.

OpenStudy (aripotta):

no problem. i like helping people. and teaching people these things also helps me remember them. i'm getting the practice too lol
