-3 < j + 2 < 7

so the inequality:) i believe you will be subtracting the 2 from both ends to isolate the j so -3-2=-5 and 7-2=5 so now we have -5 < j < 5 and i think you leave it like that.... but maybe double check with someone:) these are correct steps (i believe!) for right now.. just not sure if you need to go any further! :)
