How would being tattooed by the Nazis (to keep count of whos there) affect you physically??

Well in terms of Health, tattoos leave a small dose of toxin in your bloodstream which pretty much in today's standard does not allow you to donate blood.

Or if your talking about the tattoo in terms of symbolism, it represents that you are a prisoner (mostly jews, some gypsies, and Jehovah's Witnesses), and when your a prisoner you are forced into hard labor with little to no food, which pretty much destroys you physically...
