probablymost likely A. but if he doesnt rest alot then no results will be seen or will be improved like you usually want to workout every other day like one week workout monday,wednesday,friday then the next week due tuesday and thursday but workout only for an hour maybe 1hr 30 mins.
and you dont want to do the same workouts constantly like after a few weeks or even after a few days try other workouts that focus on other muscles so therefore all of them will be caught up instead of being weak
