OpenStudy (thatonegirl_):

what are other eukaryotic structures than mitochondria and chloroplast that may have evolved as a result of an endosymbiotic association between a prokaryote and a bacterium?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

While I know a few that are suspected, I do not know of anything that has near the level of support and acceptance as mitochondria and chloroplast.

OpenStudy (thatonegirl_):

@mrdoldum what would the suspected ones be?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Cilia, Flagella, a few others. Just search "endosymbionts" on google or somethings.

OpenStudy (thatonegirl_):

Ok thanks
