The speed of all ElectroMagnetic radiation in a vacuum is the speed of light. The things that CAN change however are frequency and wavelength. Gamma rays have much higher frequency than radio waves, and thus also have much higher energies due to: E=h*f where h is Planck's constant and f is the frequency of the radiation beam.
