Help with standard deviation?

I'm doing some practice problems and checking my answers via an online SD calculator. Except my answer is never the actual standard deviation, I do get the "population standard deviation" right every time though. I'm not sure what im doing wrong, but since my ALG2 teacher hasnt gone over population standard deviation, i doubt ill need it..

Using the data set at the top, i keep coming up with 8.049, and not 9...
