Could someone please help me with some basic Physics I, they aren't too difficult just word problems, which I am not a big fan of :^(

the conservation of linear momentum says \[v _{1}\times m _{1}=v _{2}\times m _{2}\]200 m/s*0.005kg=V*(0.995+0.005)kg
and energy is conserved then kinetic energy=potential energy
\[\frac{ mv ^{2} }{ 2 }=mgh\]\[\frac{ 1*1^{2} }{ 2 }=1*10*h\]\[h=\frac{ 1 }{ 20 }=0.05m=5cm\]

the mechanical energy lost is just kinetic
\[\frac{ 1*1^{2} }{ 2 }-\frac{ 0.005*200^{2} }{ 2 }=0.5-100=-99.5j\]
it's negative because it's energy lost
