What impact did capitalism have on the Great Depression? How was capitalism involved with the causes and effects of the Great Depression?

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

Capitalism had no impact on the Great Depression. The Great Depression was caused by a flawed banking system and the stock market crash of 1929. The stock market was demand driven. But without capitalism the Great Depression would have been nothing. The Great Depression was framed within a capitalist economic system. So capitalism didn't cause the Great Depression.
