What Supreme Court decisions occurred during the Great Depression and New Deal that prevented further government involvement in the U.S. capitalist economy? How did these decisions help define the role the government should have in the economy?

The supreme court changed the New Deal. They made it illegal . It still prevented certain options that have changed America as we see it today. America now have programs that prevent us from having the Great Depression again.
