If this was something that OpenStudy would add, would the medals go *poof*? That would make everyone's SmartScore go down. On other terms, this idea seems pretty nice. Just gotta think of the pros and cons :)

@sammixboo maybe if you could give a medal and then you get to rate the medal.  Kind of like best of the best or something.  I'm really terrible at wording it :/
