What would happen if the photosynthesis on earth just suddenly stopped?
I would really like some help on this. I need help finding this answer
Is this were to happen, 80% + life on earth is going to die out. Photosynthesis is what absorbs carbon dioxide and turns into oxygen. So us humans would all die and the ozone layer would be destroyed by the amount of carbon that is in the air.

Since you are new here, read this legendary tutorial for new OpenStudiers!! http://openstudy.com/study#/updates/543de42fe4b0b3c6e146b5e8 Photsynthesis is the process in which plants and some animals convert light energy (which is from the Sun) into Chemical Energy later so that they can use it. If Photosynthesis stopped then Plants would all die and if all the plants died, then all the herbivores would die. And if the herbivores die then the all the carnivores will die. And once the carnivores die all the omnivores shall die. And Humans are Omnivores, so we humans will also die. @Joel_the_boss You also forgot to mention this point :P
@lovetaylorcaniff44 @~ And also Someone answered the same exact question (on OS). http://openstudy.com/study#/updates/511ee1e1e4b06821731c35d4
xD Never goggled it, should start doing that instead of jumping right into a question.
