In the real world. There will be air resistance. How will this affect the height the ball reaches. and why? Please help.... :P

In the real world, because of air resistance, objects do not fall indefinitely with constant acceleration. Is this what you're looking for? o.o

In the real world energy is dispersed by the air resistance and the ball reaches lower heigth. if there wasn't air resistance the whole energy would become to potential energy , reaching higher points. And the ball would bounce reaching always the same point.
