first add all the ones with x together so we get
-3x+3 <--- because 4x^2 -7x = -3x
same to the denominator (lower part)

sorry just a sophomore but anyway, forget bout that, imagine that division like is a giant minus, we subtract the ones similiar to each other so 4x^2, and the denominator has x^2 then u subtract that so 4x^2 - x^2 = 3x^2 and so on
