just plug in (a,b)=(4,0) or the other 3 and see which one equals 28
please you have to substitute all of your pairs into your equation
7(4) - 5(0) = 28

try plugging the points, example first point you have (0,4) 7a - 5b = 28 7(0) - 5(4) = 28 0 - 20 = 28 -20 = 28
