Daniel and Carver are digging two rectangular holes. Daniel dug a square area that was x inches wide. Carver dug an area that was 2 times longer in length and 5 inches more than 3 times the width of Daniel's area. Which of the following functions gives the area of the hole that Carver dug? A. C(x) = 10x^2 + 6x B. C(x) = 6x^2 + 10x C. C(x) = 5x^2 + 5 D. C(x) = 6x^2 + 5

I'm pretty sure it is B. because the length of Carver's hole would be 2x and the width 3x+5. Then, multiply the two together to find the area: 2x(3x+5)= 6x^2+10x
