Over the Hill and Back Again are the kinds of shows my grandfather would like to watch. is the verb wrong?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well first of all, what is the verb?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And THEN I will answer it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

shows?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

verb is something you do

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No I don't think so. Do you have a book? If so, look in there for "verbs". Then write down the exact definition and then tell me what you think it means. Oh, good, so I think its not "shows" I think its "watch". Thus, the verb is watch. Please medal if you agree with me.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But it also sounds like two verbs. Shows and watched. I pick watched.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats what i am confused on, but i think you might be right.

Thank you
