F = (11y^2 + ln(3x^2 + 1)) i − (11x^2 + sin(8y^2)) j (a) Find the 2-dimensional or scalar curl. (b) For constant A > 0, consider the three closed triangular paths: C1: From the origin to (A, A/2) to (A/2, A) to the origin C2: From the origin to (−A, −A/2) to (−A/2, −A) to the origin C3: From the origin to (−A/2, A) to (−A, A/2) to the origin Arrange the three line integrals L1, L2, and L3 where L_n = integral F · dr
for part a) I'm getting the scarl curl to be 22x-22y but it marking it wrong.
@eliassaab what am I doing wrong?
I also tried 22x+22y but its also wrong
and for part b I'm getting L1<L3<L2. Am I right?
@dan815 can you help me please?
The scalar curl is -22 x - 22 y
thanks @eliassaab do you think part b is right?
