Welcome to OpenStudy :D In your question, do you have specific choices? :) But just a guide to you, ATP production is done by Mitochondria through the process of respiration, which in essence is the use of oxygen in a process which generates energy
Cellular respiration mate, and it takes place in many steps, in different locations within the mitochondria itself. It results in ATP being formed, ATP being energy in the form which the cell can immediately use.
