Which of the following is the best definition of force? A. attraction between all objects in the universe B. any push or pull that is exerted on an object C. an expression of the mass and distance between two objects D. the amount of matter in an object

well to be honest all these seem rather poor since we have a definition of force being\[F=ma \] but by process of elimination I would go with B since A appears to be gravity and force is not an attraction even though an attraction is caused by a force. I dont know what C is related to but I know force does not require two object so that is out and finally D is out because that appears to be density since that is the matter in a defined space of an object.

In conclusion go with B most likely
