find the missing measures if the interior angle of a regular polygon is 156degrees. exterior angle? sides? sum of the interior angles? i need the answer, how you got it, and why you did what you did to get the answer. p.s i have a quiz tommorrow and i need to know this.

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

the exterior angle is supplementary to the interior angle when you get the exterior angle use the fact that the exterior angles of a polygon add to 360. so divide 360 by the exterior angle to get the sides. when you get the sides, there are the same number of angles so use the value of the given interior angle and multiply it by the number of sides(angles) to get the angle sum. hope it helps
