Since Force=Mass*Acceleration, Force=345*0.47=162.15 As for the direction, always remember that the direction of 'Net Force' acting on a body is the same as the direction of its acceleration. Hence, the magnitude of the force is 162.15 N and direction is 068 degrees North East. Cheers.
