Graph a triangle (STU) and reflect it over the y-axis to create triangle S'T'U'. Part 1: Describe the transformation using words. (3 points) Part 2: Draw a line segment from point S to the reflecting line, and then draw a line segment from point S' to the reflecting line. What do you notice about the two line segments you drew? (2 points) Part 3: Do you think you would see the same characteristic if you drew the line segment connecting T with the reflecting line and then T' with the reflecting line? How do you know? (3 points) (8 points)
help @Secret-Ninja
Well, it is telling you to create a triangle, so you just have to pick any three points to make it, then you do the same thing we did in the last question. You flip it.
k hey i gtg im goin to my school now so....thx anyway!
For Part 1, I think you just have to describe how you flipped it. For part 2, I think you just have to draw the line to connect the S to the flipped S' and describe what you see. If its reflected over the y axis perfectly, you just say that they are connected with an even straight line. Fro part 3 I think you just need to do the same thing as in part 2 to T and T' and tell how its different.
Okay, bye. :)
