From the diagram, angle 2 and angle GBC are vertical angles. Vertical angles are angles whose sides form two pairs of opposite rays. Theorem: Vertical angles are congruent. So, the measure of angle GBC is 27. Supplementary angles are two angles the sum of whose measures is 180. So, subtract 27 from 180 and you should have the supplement of angle GBC's measure.
