Find the slope of the line LM on the graph.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

which line LM?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it takes 2 up and over 4 So simplifies is 1/4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

here are the possible answers: A) -2 Eliminate B) -1 C) - 1 2 D) 1 2 E) 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-2...-1...-1 over 2...1 over 2... and 2

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

as L(-2,3) and M(2,1) slope = (1-3)/(2-(-2)) => -1/4

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

also according to the graph the slope can't be positive for LM

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so out of my answers what would it be then

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

sorry it is -2/4 which simplifies to -1/2 that means -1 over 2

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

did a calculation mistake earlier and got -1/4 actually it is -2/4 so, d ans is -1 over 2 @tashamarie123

thanks

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):
