You need to plug in 5 for everywhere there is an x and a 16 everywhere there is a y.  So now the equation looks like this.  $$16\div2\times4-10\div5+6$$ Just plug that into a scientific calculator and get 36.  Or use PEMDAS.  Just give me a second to use PEMDAS
