You might notice that we have never had a president for live so not a. Women didn't get the vote until about 95 years ago. We've always had Federal Courts under the Constitution.

What about slavery. We probably would not have had to fight a Civil War in 1860 if slavery was outlawed by the Constitution in the 1790s. Of course, we may have never had a country if slavery had been outlawed then.
