You are given the lowest address in the first block. If you think about it, that is automatically the first network address. The next network address will be a full block later. So if you add the number of hosts to that address, you will have the next network. On and on you do that. The broadcast address is the last address in the block. It is 1 less than the first address in the next block. You keep with that. Then you just need to figure out the rest.
