Heavy breathing (like running or exercising), your CO2 will increase inside your body (cells performing aerobic respiration). This will increase H+ and lower pH.

I use this equation. If you know how to use the Le Chatelier principle, then it will come easy for you.

H20 + CO2 <-> H2CO3 <-> (HCO3-) + (H+)
