Hint: simply write down the expression of both forces.

yes I did, and it is Ms * Rms / Me * Rme...but I get different answers every single time...I just wanted to compare with someone

it is proportional to 1/r^2

you have shown it as 1/r

That is why you are not getting correct answer.
